- Is it Energy?
Today I was talking to my love, my friend, my mentor, my everything, my PP. Our talks drifted from daily talks to a cafe in Pushkar we visited.
We were in Pushkar last winters. One evening when we were exploring the place we happened to see this cafe. It interested us because from outside it looked very dreamy : cozy and green.
We went in and found it was really designed very beautifully. The place had a large area of land. there were comfortable sofa, chairs. there were many other tourists as well. I also had a talk with the owner of the cafe and she was a young girl from other state. She said she organise many events like pottery, painting etc. the whole idea seemed fun.
we had coffee and sat there for sometime. To me, the visit was okay.
Today, on the phone I told PP how I felt about the cafe. I said, Cafe was good, idea was nice and even place was awesome, but somehow and I don’t know why, the place felt soul-less to me. There was almost every art expression through which you can feel the calm but the vibes of the atmosphere didn’t feel like connecting.
PP said that even she felt the same. She added the place’ energy was not vibrant. It sometimes happens when people don’t fully devote their soul to their craft.
Then she mentioned another coffee shop there which we usually go to. She said that even that coffee shop which doesn’t even have a proper place for people to sit and we practically sit on the road when we sit one of its chairs, has very good vibes in it. That shop feels fun and vibrant. We always like to go there and even sometimes even wait a little for our turn.
I completely agreed. That shop is very small and they have only four table and placed practically with no gap in between. Two of which are actually on the road. It has no breath taking view, no activity to do. You go there only to have coffee and have a little chat. But this place really feels good. It attracts.
We have been to that coffee shop many times but to that big green cafe only one time. We never ever felt like going back.
What is it?
