Today I wrote a list of regrets I would have if I did not do those things in my life.
At first I was very reluctant to write such thing because I do not want to pour my energy into the thought that I am going to regret anything in life.

But the idea of writing this list was so compelling that I could not not-write it. I realized that the point of writing this list is to know what is important to me in my life.

Also I was sure once I see what is important to me, it can serve me as my compass and I can have a direction in life.
The idea was actually an advise I saw in a video on YouTube. Though it was not the main focus of the video but somehow I picked it up. And I think I know why I noticed that.
Because nothing happens without a reason.
Since I did not want to put my energy on regrets, I did not write it as regret list. I mentally asked myself what will I regret later in my life, if it is left undone or unfinished. And I got answer.
I kept on writing the task as bullet points. I did not name this list (specially not the regret list). I know it makes no sense, but it makes sense to me.

The list revealed a very clear path ahead of me. I have a list of tasks that are most important to me and that I can work on, instead of constantly looking for a spark or passion which I was doing for a long time now.
I felt deeply relaxed and energised at the same time.
Thank You for listening to me.
